LA FORMATION SST est une formation obligatoire. Le code du travail demande au minimum 1 salarié formé pour 20 travailleurs dans les chantiers ou ateliers à risques. La FORMATION SST est une action de prévention également qui permet à l’employeur de satisfaire à ses obligations de sécurité envers ses employés. En cas d’accident, les enquêteurs chercheront si il y a eu lieu une formation SST, ou que du personnel a suivi la formation SST. Du personnel formé était il présent le jour de l’accident et était-il à proximité. Lorsque vous planifié une formation SST, pensez à l’éloignement géographique en fonction de la superficie de l’entreprise ainsi que de la rotation des plannings, vacances, congés, maladie. Afin de s’assurer q’une personne formé sera toujours présente.
OBLIGATIONS REGLEMENTAIRES :
Article R4224-15 + circulaire 53-2007 : Un membre du personnel reçoit la formation de secouriste nécessaire pour donner les premiers secours en cas d’urgence dans chaque secteur présentant au moins une activité et/ou un public à risques.
APPROCHE PEDAGOGIQUE :
Chaque situation théorique est illustrée par des exercices pratiques. Les simulations d’accident utilisent des scénarios probables et spécifiques en relation avec le poste de travail des stagiaires. Le formateur évalue les stagiaires tout au long de la formation lors d’exercices pratiques et d’apprentissages gestuels, puis à la fin de la formation par des simulations d’accidents, cas concrets de synthèses. Le formateur contrôle la trousse de secours et donne des conseils sur la prévention des risques.
OBJECTIFS PEDAGOGIQUES :
Maîtriser et prévenir les dangers de l’entreprise, les procédures et protocoles internes en cas d’urgence et également être capable d’exécuter correctement les gestes de secours destinés à : – Protéger la victime et les témoins. – Alerter les secours d’urgence adaptés. – Empêcher l’aggravation de la victime et préserver son intégrité physique en attendant l’arrivée des secours spécialisés.
